The Bluespring structure is made of hot-dip galvanized and passivated metal sheet, with a low-carbon Z275 cover, according to the specifications dictated by the UNI EN ISO 10327 standard, treated with the exclusive Laghetto ZSV-TEC protective cover.

Bluespring only needs a concrete base slab, while the surrounding ground is directly supported by the structure itself. During and after construction, you can access to the interspace formed between the panels and add all kinds of accessories, with a simple wall flange and lining. In this way accessories as lights, whirlpools, stream swimming systems and related pumps, pipes and devices can always be easily accessible or added.

Traditional overflow pools require a separate underground compensation tank to collect and regulate water levels, adding construction complexity, space requirements and maintenance. Bluespring eliminates the need for an external tank thanks to its high-capacity perimeter overflow channel, reducing installation costs and freeing up valuable space.

The continuous perimeter overflow also delivers superior surface cleaning by directing floating debris to the filtration system through the shortest possible path, ensuring outstanding water quality.

This feature is essential for the proper functioning of infinity pools. Due to a settling of the ground or geological events, the concrete slab on which rests our pool could suffer a partial settling of its level over time. In traditional structures this event would only be solved with massive and costly structural interventions.

Thanks to the Bluespring self-supporting adjustable structure, it can easily retrieve the correct alignment of the overflow, simply by acting on the appropriate adjustments, even with the pool full of water, with an obvious saving of time and costs.

The structural space between the inner and outer wall, creates a corridor about 60 cm wide that ensures a perfect thermal exchange between the mass of water and the surrounding soil. This internal air chamber, in addition to decreasing the dispersion of the water heat, eliminates the formation of condensation between the metal and the liner.

The air gap is wide enough to allow the technician to be able to inspect, adjust and make any kind of intervention. The same thing applies to every future addition. With Bluespring is possible to add all the desired accessory, for example a hydromassage feature, or LED lights, without the need of heavy masonry works.
